Returns & Warranty

Exchange-only for defects/missing parts. Email nestiivo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos/video.

We’ll authorize an exchange and re-ship a replacement after approval. Refunds aren’t offered unless a replacement is unavailable.

Do not return anything without our instructions. Items must be unused, in the original box with all accessories.

Return freight/handling is paid by the buyer. We cover the cost of the replacement shipment to you. Damage from misuse, improper charging, or normal wear isn’t covered.

How do I charge them?

No special charger needed. Each cell charges via built in USB-C port. Use any 5V USB power source a USB-A → USB-C cable is included. Typical charge time is about 4 hours from empty. Do not place these in NiMH/NiCd “D-cell chargers” or try to charge them inside a device.

Do we ship to your country?

Will these work with my Breathing Cat?

Yes. They’re standard D-size with a regulated 1.5V output, so they fit most products that take D cells like the Breathing Cat, lanterns, toys, and igniters. If your device demands very high current (pro-grade/high-drain gear), we don’t recommend these.

How long does a charge last and what’s the lifespan?

Runtime depends on the device’s draw, but these cells provide consistent 1.5V until nearly empty rated 12000 mWh. With normal use you can get up to 1000 recharge cycles, letting you replace dozens of disposable D batteries over time.

What do the indicator lights mean and any safety tips?

While charging, the red LED blinks. When full, the LED stays on.

For safety insert with correct polarity, keep dry and cool, avoid short-circuiting the terminals, don’t incinerate or open the cells, and keep out of children’s reach. Don’t mix with disposable batteries use matching Nestivo cells together in pairs.
